Prepare the System:
- Turn on the A/C system and ensure it is running.
- Connect Xpress Inject to the low-side service port (typically the large line).

Connect the Refrigerant Supply:
- Attach the manifold refrigerant hose to the refrigerant supply tank.
- Ensure both high and low side valves on the manifold are closed before proceeding.
- Purge the low-pressure hose when connecting to Xpress Inject.

Inject the Sealant:
- Open the low-side valve and observe the tube clearing, which will take just a few seconds.
- Turn off the low-side manifold valve immediately once the tube is clear.
- Turn off the refrigerant gas and verify the system is charged to the manufacturer’s specifications.

Final Steps:
- Disconnect the low-side hose from Xpress Inject and install the service port cap.
- Run the A/C unit for at least one hour after installation to ensure optimal performance.
- Avoid bending or kinking the hose during this process.
