Directions:
1. Power off the ice machine.
2. Empty the water reservoir and replenish it with fresh water.
3. Introduce 3 ounces of Nickel Guard per gallon of water.
4. Activate only the water circulating pump and let it run for 15-30 minutes.
5. Employ a brush to apply the cleaner to any scaled surface insufficiently reached by the circulating solution. If the scaling is particularly stubborn, drain and repeat the cleaning process.
6. Once the scale has been effectively removed, drain and flush the system a minimum of 2 to 3 times.
7. For stainless steel ice machine drums, mix 8 ounces of cleaner with one gallon of water in a plastic container. Apply the solution to the scaled areas using a brush.
8. Conclude the cleaning process by thoroughly flushing all surfaces with fresh water.
