Description
The Versachock 3rd generation tilting dinghy davits are designed to make loading lighter weight dinghies onto swim platforms a breeze. These davits can be easily removed by removing 4 bolts from the low-profile threaded deck plates, and the package includes HDPE wrenches to prevent them from falling into the water. The davit arms have an automatic self-latching feature that locks them in place when rotated down, and hitch pins can be installed for extra security. To limit the angle of the arms while loading, limit straps are included. Customers have the option to purchase the davits with or without wheels. The model with wheels comes with 20 soft rubber wheels that provide support and cushioning for most hull shapes. Various winch options are available separately. Additionally, these davits work seamlessly with VersaChock's exclusive blind fastener system (VCBLINDFSNTR) when access to the backside of the mounting surface is not possible.
